This programme aims to develop, maximize and promote the physical qualities of each athlete during the in-season period, according to the PTW360 methodology, with the aim of improving the athlete’s performance to a top level.
The programme was designed considering the athlete’s needs during in-season period. The programme is available to perform at distance and includes 2 training sessions per week. The athlete should adjust the training load and frequency. This programme is built for the athlete to develop without our monitoring, it does not include in-person or online training sessions.
Training programme designed for 12 weeks. Includes training plans as well as videos of the specific exercises prescribed. You can get access to it either by buying the full programme (12 weeks) or separately:
i) Module A: week 1 – week 6;
ii) Module B: week 7 – week 12.
This pack only includes the first part of the In-Season 12 Weeks Programme: week 1 to week 6 (Module A). Please note that it does not include the Module B (week 7 to week 12).
