12 Weeks Programme | Primary Exercises: Incline Press and Back Squat Speed and Power are what make Champions. Athletes in many sports require gains in size and strength. Although, Athletes only have 10-12 weeks to get results. Taking this into account, at PTW360 we found new ways to increase muscle growth and strength in shortest amount of time, through the manipulation of training variables that you are already familiar with: sets, reps, time, rest, frequency, duration and volume.

Hypertrophy training programme designed for 12 weeks, including 4 training sessions per week – Arms Strength / Posterior Chain / Incline Press / Back Squat. Includes training plans as well as videos of the exercises prescribed. The programme is available to perform at distance. The athlete should adjust the training load and frequency. This programme is built for the athlete to develop without our monitoring, it does not include in-person or online training sessions.
