The PTW360 Training Studio is located in the municipality of Cascais, Portugal.
The PTW360 Training Studio has approximately 300 square meters for the personalized preparation of Athletes. Our facilities have a fully equipped training room, which comprises different training areas to maximize the Performance of our Athletes, intended to develop their physical qualities, to perform a recovery work, to enhance their mobility and flexibility, as well as a specific area to perform a quality strength work and cardio. PTW360 also offers an office for nutrition sessions, as well as for physiotherapy, osteopathy, myofascial therapies and postural correction sessions. The PTW360 Training Studio provides a reception and wellness area where our Athletes can rest, relax and eat. We also have two bathrooms, female and male, and two changing rooms, female and male, where our Athletes can change and take a shower, and where they can also find everything at their disposal, from personal care products to shower gel, towel for workout, as well as a bath towel.
